Building a Team with the Same Tags
In Dragon Ball Legends, there is a unique mechanic called tags. Every character in DBL has a few tags on their card. When multiple characters on your team have the same tag, they gain the tag bonus.
For example, let us take a look at the Super Saiyan tag. Currently, there are around 82 characters with this tag. When you build a team with multiple Super Saiyans, they all gain a percentage-based increase to the damage inflicted by the Special Move.
The character you put in the leader slot will grant all his buffs and also get buffed by the tags of the team, so keep that in mind too.
Learning to Filter the Characters
There are hundreds of Dragon Ball characters in this game; if you do not learn how to sort and filter these characters, you will have a hard time building a team.
